CANCELLATION POLICY: a. Guaranteed reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to the day of arrival will incur charges equivalent to 50% of the room night reserved. b. Cancellations made 7 days or less will incur charges equivalent to 50% of the total room nights reserved c. Cancellations made on arrival date as well as No-Show will incur charges equivalent to the total room night reserved. REFUND POLICY: a. A full amount will be refunded if cancellation is due to weather, natural calamities and all other unforeseen circumstances b. In case of refund, please note that all bank charges will be at the expense of the guest. Exception only if cancellation was due to situations of Force Majeure or Acts of Cod such as floods, typhoon, earthquake, war, explosion, bombing, civil commotion, riot, disturbance or political unrest or any circumstances) beyond its control.
